We are looking for a Senior Product Manager

What you will do

• Take the leading role in defining and building our SaaS platform for continued business success
• Help take idea requirements, and experiences from brainstorming to production
• Work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and software engineers to understand user problems, define solutions, and validating outcomes
• Follow an iterative product process from low-fidelity ideation and discussions to qualified user stories
• Gather user feedback: qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (data & analytics)
• Own the full product lifecycle - from feature concepts, user stories, design, and implementation to rollout and measurement.
• Create frameworks for feature prioritization based on business value and usage. Inform the product roadmap using these frameworks.

Requirements‍

• Proven experience as a Head of Product, Product Manager or similar role
• A team player, willing to help your teammates out, share knowledge, and learn from them
• A background in technology and two years of experience working with development teams is required
• +3 years of experience working as a Product Manager in SaaS products
• Drive the collaboration across multiple disciplines - data, marketing, operations, and sales. As a conductor, giving everyone a voice, not the lead singer, leading without authority is key
• Data-driven and data analysis. You can understand and communicate impact in numbers and charts
• Passion for building great user experiences, and you have a keen eye for details, UX, and design.
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a real task orientation
• Have a strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
• Fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Experience with Integrations Software / GenAI / ML - advantage
